Briefly about what you will see at Tel Aviv to Jerusalem Old and New City tour

  1. The day tour will begin with the departure from your hotel in Tel Aviv. Drive to the Mount of Olives for an exciting excursion with panoramic views of Jerusalem. Upon entering the Old City, you will visit the main attractions of the holy land – the Western Wall, the Dome of the Rock, and the Temple Mount.
  2. You will walk through the Armenian Quarter, and in the Jewish Quarter you will walk along the restored Roman Cardo road, 21 meters wide, which connects the Church of the Holy Sepulcher with the remains of the Church of the Nea Byzantine era.
  3. To the west of the Jewish Quarter is the Wailing Wall or Western Wall – the greatest shrine of Judaism that survived the Roman invaders in 70 BC. Walk along the Way of the Cross of Jesus Christ along Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Resurrection of Christ. The guide will then take you to Mount Zion, where you will visit the tomb of King David and the Upper Room of the Last Supper.
  4. The final stop of the tour is in the New City at the Holocaust and Heroism Memorial, next to the Jerusalem Forest. The Holocaust Museum was opened in 2005 and is dedicated to the memory of Jews who perished and victims of Nazism during World War II.
